We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect / Technical Architect to lead the design and evolution of our Defense and Data Analytics platforms. This role is responsible for converting complex operational and analytical requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performance system architectures.
The ideal candidate will own both solution-level architecture (business alignment, system design, technology choices) and technical-level architecture (backend systems, data models, performance, reliability). Strong expertise in Python-based backend development, Neo4j graph databases, and Elasticsearch is essential, along with experience in distributed and cloud-native systems.
This position requires strong technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with Product, Data, and Engineering teams in a high-reliability, security-conscious environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in backend engineering or system architecture
Strong Python experience (FastAPI / Django / Flask or similar)
Hands-on experience with Neo4j and graph data modeling
Experience with Elasticsearch (indexing and query optimization)
Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems
