We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, ideally a Army Services veteran, with a proven record in
managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects — particularly in the government, or public sector domains.
This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and stakeholder management skills to drive
successful execution of projects in AI, Data Analytics, and Information Security. Your ability to lead cross
functional teams, handle high-pressure situations, and ensure mission-critical delivery will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of government and Army-related AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Security
projects.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, data science, and product teams to define project
requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project schedules, risk assessments, and budgets with precision and accountability.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Innefu, client stakeholders, and government departments.
• Anticipate operational and technical challenges, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure
uninterrupted project execution.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a results-driven and disciplined work environment.
• Conduct project reviews, performance evaluations, and ensure continuous improvement in delivery
standards.
• Uphold compliance and security protocols, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in sensitive
project operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of project management experience, including leadership roles in Army operations, or
government technology projects.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of modern technologies such as AI, Data Analytics, and Information Security
(prior exposure preferred but not mandatory).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with government procurement, documentation, and compliance processes.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Retired personnel from Indian Army Forces with relevant project or operational leadership
background are strongly encouraged to apply.
