Job Description

As a Project Manager at Innefu Labs, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

• Complete understanding of the project / product
• Coordinate with Product Manager for Project Scope documentation
• Weekly interaction with Product Manager and the entire development team for updates which need to be shared with client
• Sign off from client on all regular milestones
• Should implement scrum framework in agile software development

All Documentation related to the project

• Project Presentation for client
• Gantt Chart
• Regular update presentations
• Time sheets for all members ultimately culminating in Finance Sheet
• Maintaining Finance sheet
• Maintaining finalized SRS and CR
• Maintaining wireframes
• Following due Procurement process for procurement of any hardware
• Placing orders for procurement
• Coordinating meeting with Product Manager and client SPOC
• Validating release of updates with SRS
• Coordinating with QA and Product Manager for release of updates
• Coordinating with Infra team for deployment of hardware, networking etc
• Coordinating with all external third-party vendors
• Sign offs (Written/email) from customer
• Demos/PPT to client on product deployment
• Manage BAs assigned to project - Manage Demo/Client instances with data to go live
• Release of payments from client on time. Coordinating with the sign off and procurement team of client
• Submitting and following up on invoices
• Final Deployment and Training to client team members and sign of.

Support Responsibilities

• Managing BA aligned to project / client.
• Weekly Monitoring of logs for usage.
• Regular training of client officers.
• First point for Client escalation matrix – Handling all queries and correspondence.
• Regular Presentations to clients on product usage status.
• Maintaining Success case studies.
